What are your hours?

We are open daily from 6:00am to Midnight with last wash at 10:45pm

Do you have parking?

Yes, our store is free standing with a private parking lot.

What size machines do you have?

We have over 100 machines to wash your clothes to perfection! This includes 2-load (twenty pound), 4-load (forty pounds), 6-load (sixty pounds), and 8-load (eighty pounds) JUMBO size. See one of our friendly attendants to determine what size machine is best for your items.

How much does it cost to wash at Laundry Guys?

Our washers range from $4.29-$10.77 before any options (extra rinse, extra spin, and extra sanitize). Our dryers range $0.75 to $1.20 per cycle and most loads typically require 1-3 cycles. Did you know? With our Express wash system, you will be able to wash and dry in UNDER AN HOUR!

Do you take quarters?

No, we are a card-based laundry experience and accept cash, credit, debit, as well as Google, Samsung, and Apple pay.

Are you attended?

Yes, we are fully attended and ready to help!

Can I dry only during my visit?

When you wash at Laundry Guys, our services always include OZONE, which means 99.9% of all germs, mold, bacteria, and viruses are killed on contact. It also means that EVERY load, EVERY wash, and EVERY machine is sanitized EVERY time!!! In order to ensure all items going into our dryers are sanitized and clean, we do not allow customers to dry only during their visit.

Why can’t I put my items in the washer after 10:45pm?

Our last wash policy is in place to ensure you have enough time to sort, wash, dry, and fold average sized loads before we close at midnight. For larger loads, you will want to give yourself additional time. Unfortunately, we can’t make any exceptions to this policy. Can’t load your items before 10:45pm? I’m missing an item from my last visit—Do you have it?

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during your visit. If you are missing an item, please ask one of our attendants to see if it was turned in to lost & found.

Is same day service available?

Yes, we offer same day fluff & fold service at $2.25 a pound with a 20-pound minimum. Same day service must be dropped off by 3pm and will be ready by end of day.

What is the turnaround time for standard fluff & fold service?

Our standard fluff & fold service turnaround time is 24-72 hours.

Do you offer flat rate pricing for larger items?

Yes, we offer flat rate pricing for individual items such as blankets, comforters, rugs and more! What is the difference between fluff & fold and curbside services?

With our Fluff & Fold Service…we will wash, dry, and fold your clothes to perfection. Premium soap is included at no extra cost. This service is charged per pound. With our Curbside Service… we will wash, dry, and bag your items. Folding is NOT included with this service. House soap is included at no extra cost. This service is charged per machine size.

Can I leave special instructions for my fluff & fold order?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate any special requests for your order.

Can I leave special instructions for my curbside order?

No, we are unable to accommodate any special requests with curbside services.

What soaps do you offer?

We offer a variety of soaps including Tide, Downy, Gain, and hypoallergenic options!

Do you offer dry cleaning?

At this time, we do not offer dry cleaning services.
