SELF-SERVICE
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES

While our team works hard to provide a spotlessly clean store for all of our guests, Laundry Guys is not responsible for any self-service customer laundry.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.

Please check all machines before use and after each use.

Notify us immediately if a machine is damaged and do not use it.

We do not allow washing any items that have flammable solvents on them. This includes but is not limited to: Paint Thinner, Gasoline, Motor Oil, Cooking Oil, Alcohol, etc.

We do not allow washing any items infested with parasites or insects in our facility.

No dyeing of clothing is allowed.

Please supervise your children. Do not allow them to play with laundry carts, sit on folding tables, sit in laundry carts, or be unattended at any time during your visit.

Please remove your clothes promptly.

FULL-SERVICE

We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes, which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, shrinkage, or against damage to weak and tender fabrics, nor do we guarantee the removal of stains.
Although, we try as hard as possible to track such items, we are not responsible for loose items in pockets or bundles of garments (i.e. jewelry, watches, cash). We request that customers empty pockets before drop-off as we cannot be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (lipstick, gum, pens, etc.).

Laundry Guys will provide up to $100 total reimbursement per order, with a maximum of $25 per individual item.
Please report any missing items or damage from your order to
wash@laundryguyssocal.com within 24 hours of pick-up. Laundry Guys is not responsible for any missing or damaged items after this time.
When utilizing our Wash & Dry (No Fold) service, please note we do not inspect, count, or verify condition of any items in your order. As a result, we are not responsible for any damage or issues that may occur with your items. By utilizing our curbside service, you agree to these terms and attest all items provided to us are in washable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or refuse cleaning any item at our discretion.

PICK-UP & DELIVERY

1. Service Area
Pickup & Delivery is currently available in the following zip codes: 90755, 90802, 90803, 90804, 90806, 90807, 90808, and 90813. We plan to expand our delivery area as demand grows — check back or contact us if you’re not sure whether we cover your address.

2. Accepted & Excluded Items
We accept: Everyday washable clothing, towels, linens, and bedding.
We do not accept:

Dry Clean Only items
-
Leather, suede, or fur
-
Items with visible pest infestation
-
Items contaminated with hazardous materials
-
Excessively soiled items at driver's discretion

Laundry Guys reserves the right to refuse cleaning any item at our discretion. Excluded items will be returned uncleaned.

3. Care & Liability
We exercise utmost care in processing all garments and use methods best suited to each item's nature and condition. However, we cannot assume responsibility for:

Inherent weaknesses or defects in fabric not visible prior to processing

Color loss, color bleeding, or shrinkage

Damage to weak or tender fabrics

Incomplete stain removal

Liability Cap: Maximum reimbursement is $25 per item, up to $100 per order.
All damage or loss claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to wash@laundryguyssocal.com. Claims reported after this window will not be accepted.

4. Pocket Items & Personal Property
Please empty all pockets before scheduling your pickup. Laundry Guys is not responsible for:

Loose items left in pockets or bundled with garments (cash, jewelry, keys, etc.)

Garment damage caused by items left in pockets (pens, lipstick, gum, etc.)

5. Wash & Dry (No Fold) — Additional Terms
When using Wash & Dry (No Fold) Pickup & Delivery, we do not inspect, count, or verify the condition of items in your order. We are not responsible for damage or discrepancies that cannot be attributed to our handling. By scheduling this service, you confirm all items are in washable condition.

6. In-Person Hand-Off Requirement
A customer or authorized recipient must be present for both pickup and delivery. Laundry Guys does not leave orders unattended at any time.

7. Missed Pickup & Delivery Fee
If no one is available at the scheduled time, the driver will not wait and the stop will be marked as missed. A $15 missed pickup/delivery fee will be charged and the customer must reschedhedule. The fee is applied to the customer's card on file.

8. Payment Authorization & Billing
By scheduling a pickup, you authorize Laundry Guys to charge your card on file for:

Completed laundry services based on actual dry weight ($2.29/lb) or selected machine size pricing

The $2.50 fuel surcharge per order
-
Applicable minimum charges ($50.00 Wash & Fold / $45.00 Wash & Dry)

Any requested premium add-ons
-
Missed pickup/delivery fees ($15.00) where applicable

Charges are processed automatically after your order is weighed and order created. You will receive a receipt for every transaction.​

9. California Consumer Disclosure
By scheduling a pickup, you authorize Laundry Guys to charge your card on file for the actual cost of your order based on dry weight and applicable fees. The final amount is determined at pickup and processed at that time. A receipt will be provided upon completion. 10. Right to Refuse Service
Laundry Guys reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or decline to clean any item at our discretion.
